Terms & Conditions



By booking a session with Radiance Reframed, you agree to the following:

Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made at least three days before your session. Requests made after that time may require a new retainer.

Deliverables: Final images will be delivered as edited, high-resolution digital files. RAW or unedited images are not provided.

Creative Rights: Editing style and artistic direction are at the discretion of Radiance Reframed. Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms are in place to protect both the client experience and the quality of the work provided.
