I'm Terrie, and after becoming a lawyer, I thought there wasn’t room for the side of me that loved creating: capturing people through my lens and helping them feel radiant through makeup. I worried that introducing myself as the lawyer, photographer, and makeup artist would make people question my seriousness or my ambition.
But over time, I realized that the parts of me I tried to quiet weren’t distractions. They were bridges. They’re what allow me to connect deeply, to notice details others might miss, and to help people see themselves differently.
I eventually realized that fulfillment doesn’t come from choosing one path over another. It comes from honoring all of who we are. Life isn’t about following a specific playbook or checking boxes; it’s about writing your own, one chapter at a time.
Radiance Reframed was born from that truth: that confidence isn’t created by becoming someone new, but by embracing what’s already within you. When we each share what makes us unique with the world around us, we give others permission to do the same. That’s where real connection begins.
